We’re Hiring – Admission Counsellor

Organization: Pallavi International School – Gowdavalli Campus, Medchal, Hyderabad

Experience: 2 years

Salary: 35,000 to 38,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle admission enquiries, calls, walk-ins, and parent interactions.
- Counsel parents regarding the school’s curriculum, facilities, programs, and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Conduct campus tours and explain the school’s academic setting and facilities.
- Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission records.
- Coordinate with academic, administration, and marketing teams.
- Support admission drives, open houses, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements:





- 2+ years of experience in school admissions, counselling, educational sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident in interacting with parents and students.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Positive, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
