Job Title/Designation: Admission Counsellor – Online

Mode of Work: Full-Time, Remote

Duties and Responsibilities

- Clearly explain the courses, fee structure, eligibility, and admission process to students and parents.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and messages received from students and parents through online channels.
- Understand students’ requirements and counsel them and their parents on suitable courses and programs.
- Attend admission enquiry calls and effectively follow up with leads to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate the complete online admission process, including registration, fee collection, documentation, and related formalities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for online students and parents, addressing academic and administrative queries and providing timely assistance.
- Maintain accurate student and enquiry records and prepare reports using MS Excel, CRM systems, and other formats as required by the Company.
- Collect feedback from students and parents and communicate relevant feedback to the reporting manager.
- Keep students and parents informed about upcoming entrance examinations, important dates, allotment dates, and other relevant updates.




- Actively manage student enquiries from the initial enquiry stage through follow-up, branch visits where applicable, and other relevant stages until admission conversion.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and parents to ensure timely communication and maximize admission opportunities.
- Perform other admission-related responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager or management.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong counselling, communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate course guidance.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new courses, processes, and systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, email, WhatsApp, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote working setting.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Master’s degree or professional/technical qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with relevant experience in admission counselling, student counselling, tele-counselling, education sales, or customer relationship management will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
