About the Role

DigiCaptain Technologies is looking for a result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can identify, connect with, and convert students who are interested in SEO, Digital Marketing, and career-oriented training programs.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate student enquiries, counsel prospective students, promote SEO training programs, and convert interested candidates into paid enrollments.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to understand a student's career goals and recommend the right training program.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with students and working professionals interested in SEO and Digital Marketing training.
- Generate enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Counsel prospective students regarding SEO training, course structure, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable training programs.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain the benefits of learning SEO and digital marketing in a clear and qualified manner.
- Handle student queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective students.
- Achieve monthly student enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the training/operations team regarding student enrollment and batch schedules.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, counselling, follow-ups, and admissions.

Requirements
- 1+ year of Experience in selling digital marketing, SEO training courses will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and focused on student conversions.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making calls and handling multiple prospects.
- Candidates with an understanding of SEO/Digital Marketing will have an added advantage.
