We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team in Kokapet, Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, addressing their queries, and supporting the school/institution in achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.
- Explain the institution’s programs, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build positive relationships with parents and students.
- Meet assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Participate in admission campaigns, events, and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, education sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of the admission process and ability to handle parent/student queries professionally.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Valuable command of English; knowledge of Hindi/Telugu will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in a school/educational institution will be preferred.
