Position: ADG Senior Analyst (Marketing Analytics)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Role Overview

We are seeking a marketing analytics professional who combines strong marketing domain knowledge with data-driven problem-solving and client-facing consulting skills. The role will support clients in improving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and marketing effectiveness through advanced analytics and actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with clients to identify and structure marketing, customer, and growth-related businessproblems
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, product adoption, channel effectiveness,and marketing ROI
- Develop solutions across customer segmentation, targeting, acquisition, engagement, cross-sell,retention, and customer lifetime value
- Design campaign measurement frameworks, including test-and-control analysis, attribution,incremental lift, conversion, and ROI
- Evaluate customer journeys and marketing funnels to identify leakage points and growthopportunities
- Translate analytical findings into explicit recommendations and actions for marketing and businessleadership




- Undertake implementation of attribution frameworks and tracking channel performance
- Develop executive presentations and decision-support for client stakeholders
- Work with a multi-shored client and internal teams to define data requirements, business rules,KPIs, and analytical methodologies
- Lead or support client workstreams, including stakeholder discussions, delivery planning andexecutive presentations
- Stay current on developments in digital marketing, personalization, experimentation, andmarketing measurement

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or masters degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics or arelated discipline
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics and customer analytics
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, customer behavior andperformance measurement
- Experience translating business problems into structured analytical work efforts
- Strong ownership mindset and bias for action
- Proficiency in analytical tools (SQL, Python, SAS etc.) and Excel, visualization tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and executive communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional internal and client teams
