Job Title: Associate Manager Digital Analytics

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Associate Manager – Digital Analytics to lead digital analytics and reporting workstreams across the banking customer lifecycle, including acquisition, conversion, digital adoption, engagement, retention, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead digital analytics and reporting projects from requirements to delivery.
- Analyze customer journeys, acquisition funnels, digital adoption, payments, transactions, and profitability.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, reports, and actionable business insights.
- Work with large datasets and ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with business, product, data, and technology teams.




- Manage stakeholders and supervise Analysts/Specialists.
- Support dashboard automation, client presentations, and analytical storytelling.

Required Skills:

- Digital Analytics / Customer Analytics / Business Intelligence
- SQL, Excel, Python or SAS
- Power BI / Tableau
- Banking / BFSI / Payments / FinTech experience
- Robust stakeholder & client management skills
- Analytical storytelling and presentation skills
- Team handling / workstream management experience

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
