Role Overview Loadshare Networks is a leading 3PL partner for one of our largest quick-commerce clients, playing a critical role in building and scaling their quick commerce and last-mile delivery ecosystem across India. With SaaS-led capabilities and on-ground operations spanning 150+ stores pan-India, Loadshare operates at the intersection of technology, operations, and scale.

As Associate Director Program Management (Central Operations), you will own the rate card setup and payouts process end to end the systems,



controls and processes that determine how Delivery Executives (DEs) are paid. Rate card structures are configured, validated and deployed across a large multi-city store network, and the resulting earnings are computed, verified and released on a weekly cycle. Accuracy, turnaround and reliability/system robustness are the measures of success in this role.

The work is equal parts process design, client management and working with product. A team handles day-to-day execution and query resolution; your mandate is to make the process scalable and to solve issues at the root.

You will partner closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Finance and client stakeholders, and lead a team of analysts and associates alongside a dedicated product manager to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Rate Card Configuration & Deployment

- Own the end-to-end process for rate card setup across a large, multi-city store network intake of requirements, validations, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Build and strengthen the controls that keep configuration accurate at scale: structured intake, review mechanisms, pre-deployment checks and clear audit trails.
- Design validation logics and process/ product mechanisms to solve root causes and prepare for requirements at future scale.
- Standardise the pay components and surge constructs already supported on the platform, benchmark against industry practice, and innovate with the pricing team.
- Manage smooth deployment during peaks through staged rollouts, release planning and clear go/no-go calls.
- Ensure configuration accuracy and turnaround time together, rather than one at the expense of the other.

2. Payouts Accuracy & Reliability

- Own the weekly payout cycle end to end: validation, release, and resolution of earnings-related queries from DEs.
- Increase the degree of automation in payout processing, and bring exceptions onto structured, approval-based workflows.
- Put prevention and detection controls in place and investigate defects to root cause, assess the full extent of impact, and determine the right fix process, product or people.




- Design frameworks and execute to reduce payout-related queries at source.

3. Client Management

- Own the day-to-day working relationship with the internal and external teams on rate cards, payouts and reconciliation.
- Set and hold realistic SLAs on configuration requests.
- Communicate proactively on issues, with clear resolution timelines, and resolve reconciliation queries with data.
- Run the operating cadence and reviews that keep performance visible to both sides, and consistently meet or exceed agreed service standards.

4. Product, Process & Team Enablement

- Work with Product and Tech on internal tooling and on the DE app experience how rate cards, surges and conditions are displayed, and how earnings are explained.
- Write and maintain team SOPs so the process is consistent and reliable.

5. Strategic & Ad-hoc Initiatives

- Take ownership of high-priority, ambiguous problem statements as they emerge.
- Support leadership with structured analysis, dashboards and actionable recommendations.

Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills

- Strong analytical orientation, with the comfort to work directly with data to spot patterns, run checks and root-cause defects. Comfort with AI and with SQL are an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (analysis, reconciliation, scenario modelling).
- Working knowledge of process controls maker-checker, validation, audit trails and the ability to design and execute them.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 4–9 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or Consulting (ops-heavy exposure preferred).
- Experience owning a process where accuracy is the primary measure of success — payouts, billing, reconciliation, or configuration management — is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to gig or frontline workforce operations is an advantage.
- B.Tech from a top-tier institute; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working with both senior leadership and frontline operations teams.
- Strong bias for action with sharp attention to detail and execution excellence.
