Industrial Reinvention Deployed Engineer (RDE) – Consultant Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad(Hybrid) Role Overview A hands-on technology consultant who works directly with client business and operations teams to identify industrial challenges, translate them into technology solutions, and rapidly build and deploy AI-enabled applications.

The role combines solid AI/software engineering skills with industrial domain knowledge across manufacturing, maintenance, field service, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business and operational challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, prototype, build, and deploy AI and Agentic AI solutions within industrial workflows.
- Develop solutions using Python, RAG, LangGraph, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Build data pipelines and integrations connecting AI solutions with enterprise and industrial systems.
- Integrate with platforms such as MES, SCADA, IoT,



Historians, SAP PM, and Maximo.
- Work with business users and engineering teams to validate solutions and drive measurable operational impact.
