We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional with strong accounting knowledge who can support our accounting team and take responsibility for training, checking, and coordinating accounting work.

The candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, good communication skills, and a leader mentality.

Required Skills:

- Fluent in Hindi and English – mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and accounting processes.
- Good understanding of Debit/Credit, Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Receivables and Payables.
- Good knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Payments, Receipts, Returns and VAT.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience using accounting or ERP software is preferred.
- Good checking and analytical skills.
- Able to identify accounting mistakes and incorrect entries.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Should have a leadership mindset and be able to take responsibility for the team's work.

Main Responsibilities:

- Assign daily accounting tasks to team members.
- Train junior staff on accounting procedures and ERP/accounting software.




- Check accounting entries and verify that values are correct.
- Review ledgers, transactions, payments, receipts and other accounting records.
- Identify mistakes and guide team members to correct them.
- Monitor the progress and quality of accounting work.
- Support the team when they face accounting-related problems.
- Explain accounting requirements clearly to the team.
- Coordinate with the technical/ERP team when accounting software issues are identified.
- Help improve accounting processes and reduce repeated mistakes.
- Take responsibility for maintaining accuracy in the accounting work handled by the team.

Preferred Candidate:

The ideal candidate should not only know accounting but should be able to lead people, teach accounting, check their work, identify mistakes, and take responsibility for the team's output.

Experience with ERP/accounting software and experience supervising or training other accounting staff will be given priority.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
