ACTIVE DIRECTORY L2 ENGINEER

Bengaluru | Work From Office (5 Days/Week) | Up to ₹12 LPA | Immediate Joiners Preferred

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an Active Directory L2 Engineer to provide enterprise-level support across Active Directory, Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP and Microsoft Entra ID. The role requires solid troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in identity and infrastructure support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Administer Active Directory users, groups, OUs, computers and access permissions.
- Manage and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPO), authentication, login and replication issues.
- Support Windows Server, DNS, DHCP and LDAP services.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), users, groups, roles and access.
- Support hybrid identity, Entra Connect/Azure AD Connect, MFA and Conditional Access.
- Resolve L2 incidents, perform root-cause analysis and meet defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with L1/L3, cloud, security and infrastructure teams and maintain documentation.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Active Directory / Windows Infrastructure / IAM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE or a related technical discipline.
- Microsoft certifications and ITIL/ITSM experience are an advantage.
