Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Receivable Executive role based in Ahmedabad.

The Accounts Receivable

Executive will handle daily AR follow-up activities, including reviewing outstanding claims, contacting insurance providers, and tracking payment statuses.

Responsibilities include analyzing denials, initiating re-submissions or appeals, updating claim information in internal systems, and maintaining accurate records of all AR actions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, preparing regular AR reports,



and supporting the overall RCM process to improve collections and reduce aging.

The Accounts Receivable

Executive is expected to adhere to organizational quality standards and timelines while maintaining explicit, professional communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Experience in accounts receivable processes, including AR follow-up, denial management, and claim reconciliation.
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing workflows, and insurance verification practices.
- Proficiency with billing and practice management software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills for reviewing claims, payments, and account histories.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with payers, patients, and internal teams.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts concurrently.
- Prior experience in healthcare RCM or medical billing is preferred; familiarity with US healthcare payers is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, commerce, business, or a related field.
