– Credit Executive

Position: Credit Executive

Department: Finance / Credit Control/Accounts

Reporting To: Credit Manager

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage customer outstanding and ageing reports.

Follow up with retailers / distributors for timely payment collection.

Ensure adherence to company credit policy and payment terms.

Coordinate with Sales Team for overdue recovery and billing control.

Reconcile customer accounts in Tally / SAP on a regular basis.

Identify high-risk accounts and escalate to Credit Manager.

Block / unblock parties as per payment performance and management approval.

Maintain proper documentation of PDC, CN/DN, and payment adjustments.

Assist in monthly closing, ageing analysis, and reporting.

Support ERP data accuracy and ensure correct posting of receipts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





Graduate in Commerce / Finance (B.Com Preferred).

2–4 Years experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable.

Strong knowledge of Tally / (ERP Knowledge Preferred).

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Ability to handle pressure and collection targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Reduction in overdue outstanding.

Timely collection as per credit terms.

Accuracy in reconciliation.

Zero unauthorized billing.

Effective coordination with Sales Team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
