Position Overview The Finance & Accounts Manager will head Sithara’s Finance & Accounts Department, bringing qualified financial leadership to a function currently run at Associate/Executive level. The role will own GST and statutory compliance accuracy, cash flow and working capital management, cost and margin visibility, and financial MIS — reporting directly to management and supervising the Sr. Accountant and the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Leadership & Control: take overall ownership of Sithara’s accounting function, financial controls and statutory compliance, supervising the Sr. Accountant and accounting team.
- GST & Statutory Compliance: introduce a pre-filing data-accuracy validation step and own the accuracy of data feeding GST and other statutory filings, coordinating with the outsourced compliance team.
- Costing & Budgeting: implement standard costing and a zero-based budget with quarterly re-forecasts, giving management real per-product/job margin visibility for the first time.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital: build and maintain a rolling cash-flow forecast and drive working-capital and collections discipline.
- Financial MIS & Management Reporting: deliver monthly financial reports and dashboards — P&L;, cash flow, receivables, cost/margin — for management review.

Five Critical KRAs

1. Establish validated,



accurate GST and statutory filings with a documented pre-filing check.
2. Implement a working Costing & Budgeting model with quarterly variance review.
3. Improve cash flow visibility through a maintained rolling forecast.
4. Deliver a complete monthly Financial MIS to management on schedule.
5. Strengthen financial controls and segregation of duties within the Accounts function.

Qualifications & Experience CA (Inter or Qualified), CMA, or M.Com with strong exposure to financial leadership. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting/finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or financial-controllership capacity, ideally in a trading, retail, or manufacturing business.

Competencies The ideal candidate should possess robust financial leadership, statutory compliance knowledge, costing and budgeting discipline, MIS/reporting rigor, integrity and independence, and the ability to supervise a team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
