MANAGER – ACCOUNTS & FINANCE
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 7–10 Years
Clients: UK | US | Europe
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting & bookkeeping for international clients
- Oversee financial reporting, GL, reconciliations, accruals & journal entries
- Drive month-end/year-end closing, MIS, variance analysis & cash flow reporting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP & US GAAP
- Lead and mentor the finance team and ensure quality/timely deliverables
- Manage international client relationships and provide financial insights
- Drive process improvement, automation and scalable finance processes
Ideal Candidate:
✔ 7–10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
✔ International client exposure
✔ Robust financial reporting & accounting knowledge
✔ Experience in team and client management
✔ Exposure to accounting software/ERP systems
