We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and day-to-day finance activities. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial controls, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Accounts & Finance Department.

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank transactions.

- Manage bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and periodic closing activities.

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and other applicable statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.

- Review invoices, purchase entries, payment requests, receipts, and supporting documents.

- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up.

- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries,



and management reports.

- Assist management in budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and variance analysis.

- Establish and maintain proper internal financial controls and accounting procedures.

- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.

- Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of the accounts team.

- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

- Coordinate with other departments regarding billing, purchases, payroll, expenses, and financial matters.

- Support the management during audits, financial reviews, and statutory inspections.

- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.

- Hindi is Mandatory

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
