Job Title: Accounts Head

Location: Sector 18, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurugram, Haryana

Working Days: 6 Days | Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Reporting To: COO

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to manage the company’s complete Accounts & Finance function, including accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, banking, audits, MIS, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate books of accounts.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, ROC and other statutory compliances.
- Lead finalization of accounts, financial reporting, reconciliations, and weekly/monthly MIS.
- Manage AP/AR, cash flow, working capital, banking, and vendor payments.
- Ensure Tally ERP/Tally Prime is updated and financial data is accurate.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA/tax consultants, Company Secretary, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Handle tax assessments, notices, audits, and departmental queries with consultants.
- Manage, guide, and supervise the Accounts team.
- Ensure all compliances, payments, reports, and management requirements are completed within timelines.




- Identify financial/compliance issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA or equivalent qualification.
- 8–12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Minimum 3 years in an Accounts Head / Finance Manager / similar managerial role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, ROC, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in finalization of accounts, MIS, financial reporting, cash flow, and audits.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good team management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
