Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Vendor Management • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor records and payment schedules.
Accounts
Receivable & Collections • Generate customer invoices and maintain billing records.
- Track outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate revenue recording. Banking & Reconciliations • Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Record and reconcile all banking transactions.
- Coordinate with banking partners for operational requirements.
General
Accounting & Bookkeeping • Pass accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Manage ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities. GST, TDS & Compliance • Assist in GST and TDS calculations, reconciliations, and filings.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants during audits and assessments.
Requirements • B.Com • 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar accounting software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Robust attention to detail, ownership, and execution capability.
