We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. The candidate should be able to work independently and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting activities using Zoho Books
- Maintain bookkeeping and financial records
- Prepare GST filings and support statutory compliance
- Handle TDS calculations and related documentation
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Support PF & ESI related activities
- Assist during audits and maintain audit records
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related activities
- Maintain proper documentation and reports
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Familiarity with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years of accounting experience preferred
