What you will do

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including AP, AR, journal entries, bank postings, and GL maintenance.

- Process vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and payments with proper approvals and supporting documentation.

- Support monthly and year-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.

- Maintain Fixed Asset Register, calculate depreciation/amortization, and ensure accurate accounting records.

- Handle intercompany transactions, treasury activities, banking coordination, and cash flow support.

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs, and other statutory requirements.

- Support statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and regulatory assessments by providing required documentation and information.

- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

What we are looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com).

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Customs.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of accounting/ERP systems,



preferably SAP.

- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and meet deadlines.
