Key Responsibilities

- Process vendor payments through CMS (Cash Management System).

- Coordinate with banks for payment processing, account-related queries, and banking documentation.

- Ensure timely processing of RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and other online payments.

- Prepare and maintain payment schedules and bank reconciliation statements.

- Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.

- Maintain accurate accounting records and payment documentation.

- Follow up with banks and internal departments for payment-related issues.

- Assist in month-end closing activities and MIS reporting.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

- Support the Accounts team with day-to-day accounting operations.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of banking instruments and online payment platforms.

- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
