Requirements and Qualifications

- Qualification – B com / M com / MBA Finance/ CA
- Minimum Experience Required – Min 3 to 10 Yrs in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in handling accounting software’s – such as Tally,



SAP etc.
- The Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modelling).
- Well versed in accounting standards, norms and regulations – GAAP, Ind-AS etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax regulations.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns as per statutory requirements.
- Generate financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Organizing the working of accounts team.
- Ensuring all statutory compliances with respect to accounting and tax laws.
- Facing internal and statutory audits.
- Knowledge of Fund Raising and CMA Preparation is desirable.
