Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts &

- Invoicing Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end billing operations, process customer invoices, perform account reconciliations, and follow up on accounts receivable. The ideal candidate has robust numerical accuracy, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills to resolve billing discrepancies with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Invoice Generation &
- Billing:

Generate and dispatch accurate customer invoices, credit notes, and billing statements in accordance with company contracts and pricing schedules.

- Accounts Receivable (AR): Monitor outstanding balances, track payment schedules, and conduct timely follow-ups with clients regarding overdue accounts.

- Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer account ledger reconciliations.

- Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, underpayments,



or client queries in coordination with sales and operations teams.

- Compliance &

- Documentation:

Ensure compliance with local tax guidelines (e.g., Sales Tax, GST, E-invoicing, E-way bills, TDS) as applicable.

- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly billing schedules, AR aging reports, and cash collection MIS for management review.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable operations.

- Software Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

- Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERPs (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally Prime, SAP, or NetSuite).

Pay: ₹10,839.74 - ₹20,000.00 per month
