Role Description The Accounting Client Manager is a full time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. This role manages a portfolio of international clients, overseeing their bookkeeping, accounting, taxation, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial records, preparing reports, coordinating with internal accounting teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for client queries and issue resolution.

Manager will monitor deadlines, support tax filings, ensure high service quality, and proactively recommend improvements in clients’ financial processes.



The role also involves collaborating with leadership to maintain ethical standards and contribute to operational efficiency.

Candidates holding a practising certificate (ICAI COP or ACCA Practising Certificate) should be willing to surrender it for the duration of employment

Qualifications

- Professional certifications CA or ACCA completed and open to surrender COP
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including preparation of financial statements and reconciliation of accounts.
- Knowledge of taxation and payroll processes relevant to international clients (UK, US, Ireland, Australia).
- Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and general IT tools used for financial management.
- Client management and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and maintain professional relationships.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
- Commitment to ethics, integrity, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
- Experience in an accounting firm or outsourced financial services environment is preferred.
