Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and maintenance of accurate financial records.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, processing payments, reconciling bank and vendor accounts, and monitoring accounts payable and receivable. The role involves assisting with monthly and annual closing, preparing financial statements and management reports, and supporting budgeting and cost control activities. The Accountant will ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations,



and internal controls, and coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in core accounting activities, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning to support business decision-making in a trading or export environment.
- Ability to ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal control procedures.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and solid MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to detail, robust numerical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines reliably.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent in progress) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, spare parts, or export/import operations is preferred but not mandatory.
