Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, invoicing, reconciliations, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting principles and be comfortable working with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank and cash reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare basic financial reports and account statements.
- Track customer payments, outstanding amounts, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and internal teams when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist the senior management/accounts team with financial data and reports.




- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure accounting will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting/ERP software.
- Experience handling GST returns, TDS, and statutory documentation.
