Role Description The Accountant at The Luxury Trips will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves preparing invoices, processing payments, monitoring receivables and payables, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

The Accountant will assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis, while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.



The role includes collaborating with operations and management teams to provide accurate financial data for decision-making and to support audits and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and tax calculations.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to analyze financial data and trends.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are a plus.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
