Job Title: Accountant

Job Overview

We are looking for an Accountant to manage and monitor accounts across multiple branches. The ideal candidate should have experience in investment accounting or supporting investment management operations, working knowledge of GST, and proficiency in accounting software and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records across multiple branches.
- Monitor branch-wise income, expenses, receivables, payables, and cash flow.
- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile inter-branch transactions.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and coordinate with branch teams to resolve them.
- Maintain investment records, track returns, and prepare related financial reports.
- Handle GST-related documentation, reconciliation, and return preparation in coordination with the tax consultant.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, branch performance reports, and consolidated accounts.
- Support month-end closing, audits,



and financial documentation.
- Use accounting software and digital tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

- Previous experience in accounting, with exposure to investment accounting or investment management operations.
- Experience handling accounts for multiple branches.
- Working knowledge of GST, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
- Solid attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with branch teams and management.

Preferred Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
