Job Title: Accountant

Location: Sarawan, Yamunanagar, Haryana

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities at our organization. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software and be comfortable handling routine accounting, billing, taxation, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage accounting operations using BUSY Accounting Software.
- Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, cash book, bank book, and trial balance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Handle billing, outstanding payments, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Maintain proper records of purchase and sales transactions.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements as required.
- Coordinate with management, vendors, customers,



and other departments regarding accounting matters.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting records.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as an Accountant is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with BUSY Accounting Software is mandatory/preferred.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.
