Accountant

Job Summary

Royal Drive Care is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, billing, reconciliations, and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.

2. Billing & Payments

- Prepare and verify invoices and bills.
- Monitor customer payments and outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and payment matters.

3. Bank & Account Reconciliation

- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Maintain proper documentation for transactions.

4. Tax & Compliance Support

- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare required financial data and reports for management.




- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required.

Requirements
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
