Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, preparation and posting of journal entries, and maintenance of ledgers.

Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, monitoring cash flow, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. The role also involves preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida,



requiring close collaboration with the operations and management teams to support accurate and timely financial decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and basic financial analysis.
- Experience with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of local taxation, compliance requirements, and basic audit support.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organization skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA Inter or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or service industry is a plus.
- Ability to work full time in office in Noida and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
