Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Pitampura, Delhi. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, handle loan accounting and EMI reconciliation, ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and support routine financial reporting.

Job Details

- Job Location: 197, Upper Ground Floor, Deepali Chowk, Pitampura, Delhi 110034 (In-person)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Accounting: Maintain and update books of accounts (Journal Entries, Ledger Maintenance, Vouchers, Cash/Bank Books) in Tally or accounting software.
- NBFC & Loan Operations Accounting: Perform daily bank reconciliations, EMI collections matching, disbursement verification, and NPA/loan recovery accounting.
- Statutory Compliance: Calculate, deposit, and assist in filing monthly GST and TDS returns, and income tax compliance on time.




- Vendor & Payroll Accounting: Process vendor payments, track payables/receivables, and manage monthly salary processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly trial balances, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports for management.
- Audit & Regulatory Support: Help prepare documentation and schedules for internal, statutory, and RBI regulatory audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience (Experience in an NBFC, CA firm, or financial institution is a robust plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime), MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and basic MS Office tools.
- Taxation Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST rules, TDS deductions, and general accounting standards.
- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, integrity, and good organisational skills.
