We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, financial record keeping, and day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting the smooth financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
n
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and financial documents.
n
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
n
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, income, and financial transactions.
n
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax-related accounting activities.
n
- Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting statements.
n
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables and payables.
n
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
n




- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external accountants when required.
n
- Support audits and ensure compliance with applicable accounting requirements.
n
- Perform other accounting and financial tasks assigned by management.
n

Required Skillsnn
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
n
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, Microsoft Office, or similar accounting software.
n
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxation procedures.
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
n
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
n
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
n
- Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
n
- Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge may also apply.
