About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Factory Accountant to manage accounting and financial activities at our manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in manufacturing industry accounting, including factory expenses, inventory accounting, cost control, reconciliations, GST/TDS, MIS, and coordination with the plant, purchase, stores, production, and corporate finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities for the manufacturing plant.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet schedules, and other financial reports.
- Maintain factory-related accounting records including production expenses, utilities, repairs, maintenance, manpower costs, and overheads.
- Monitor and account for raw material, WIP, finished goods, consumables, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with the Stores and Production departments for accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
- Record and verify purchase invoices, expense bills, debit/credit notes, and other financial transactions.
- Manage vendor accounts, customer accounts, bank transactions, and ledger reconciliation.




- Prepare and monitor factory expense statements and cost reports.
- Assist in product costing, manufacturing cost analysis, and variance analysis.
- Track actual manufacturing expenses against budgets and highlight significant variances.
- Prepare regular MIS reports for plant and management review.
- Handle bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations as applicable.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and provide required information to consultants/auditors.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial and factory-related records.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, HR, Admin, Sales, and Corporate Finance teams.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.
