Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The role will also involve monitoring project-related expenses, assisting with budgeting and cost control,



and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with project teams and management to provide financial reports and insights that support operational and strategic decisions.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in general accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting, including experience with ledgers and reconciliations.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, along with the ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and financial data analysis.
- Knowledge of taxation, compliance requirements, and applicable accounting standards relevant to construction or project-based businesses.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to review costs, budgets, and variances, and to support data-driven financial decisions.
- Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with project teams, vendors, and management.
