Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting within the IT industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely entry of financial data (journal entries, invoices, receipts, etc.).
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports as required.
- Monitor bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial clarity on project costs,



billing, and collections.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter preferred).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an IT or tech-based company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally,)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with invoicing and client billing in software/IT projects.
- Knowledge of export documentation and SEZ/STPI compliance (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
