LegacyEcom Retail Pvt Ltd. (DroliaFresh) is looking for a meticulous Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. The primary requirement for this role is practical proficiency in Busy 21. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate bookkeeping, GST data management, and inventory tracking for our brand, DroliaFresh.

Key Responsibilities

- Software Management: Handle all accounting entries in Busy 21, including purchase/sales invoices, expense vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
- GST Data Prep: Organize data for GST filings and perform reconciliation to ensure accurate tax records.
- Inventory Tracking: Manage stock levels within Busy 21, including multi-warehouse tracking and stock reconciliation.
- E-commerce Bookkeeping: Record marketplace sales and payments to identify any discrepancies.




- Record Keeping: Maintain organized physical and digital files for all invoices, vouchers, and business expenses.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Software Expertise: Practical, hands-on knowledge of Busy 21 is mandatory.
- Experience: Prior experience in a core accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry and ledger maintenance.
- Platform Familiarity: Basic understanding of how e-commerce marketplace payments work is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
