Role Description The Accountant role is a full-time, in office position based in Dwarka. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including recording and reconciling transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate ledgers. This role will prepare and review financial statements, assist with budgeting, monitor cash flow, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.

The Accountant will collaborate with management to provide financial insights, support audits, and implement efficient financial processes to help the brand grow sustainably.



The position requires consistent on-site coordination with the operations and sales teams to align financial records with business activities.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar), along with solid Excel skills.
- Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and basic audit procedures.
- Ability to manage budgets, monitor cash flow, and support financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA or equivalent in progress/qualified) are an advantage.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or small business environments is preferred but not mandatory.
