Accountant ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, payment entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports as required.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with applicable GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.




- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and other finance-related activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with Tally / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS procedures.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.
