About the role

We are looking for an Account Strategist who can understand a client's business, identify what they need, and help build the right marketing plan around it.

This is a client-facing role that involves both strategy and coordination. You will work closely with clients and our internal teams to turn business requirements into clear marketing plans and ensure they are executed well.

What you'll do

- Understand the client's business, objectives, target audience and market
- Develop monthly marketing plans and campaign ideas for clients
- Research competitors, industry trends and target audiences
- Identify opportunities across social media, SEO, paid advertising, content and other digital channels
- Work with the creative, content, SEO and performance marketing teams to turn plans into execution
- Prepare briefs and communicate requirements clearly to internal teams
- Present marketing ideas and plans to clients
- Manage client communication and keep them updated on ongoing work
- Review campaign and content performance and identify areas for improvement




- Take feedback from clients and translate it into actionable tasks for the team
- Keep track of timelines, deliverables and priorities across multiple accounts

What we're looking for

BBA / MBA preferred

- Freshers are welcome; 0–1 year of experience is also suitable
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong thinking, planning and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of how businesses and brands communicate with their customers
- Ability to work with different teams and manage multiple priorities
- Strong team-player mindset
- Good research and presentation skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

This role is suited for someone who enjoys understanding a business, thinking of ideas and figuring out how different marketing activities can come together into one explicit plan.
