Position: Account Receivable (Credit Control) Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Receivable (Credit Control) Executive to manage customer outstanding balances, ensure timely collections, monitor credit limits, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records. The candidate should have hands-on experience in corporate credit control and collection activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor customer outstanding balances, ageing reports, and overdue invoices.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment collections through calls, emails, and regular communication.
- Maintain and update accounts receivable records in ERP and Excel.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams regarding customer payments and outstanding dues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Track customer credit limits, payment terms, and overdue accounts.
- Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments, and credit notes.




- Coordinate with customers to resolve billing and payment-related issues.
- Escalate long-pending or high-risk outstanding accounts to management.
- Assist in preparing collection forecasts and recovery plans.
- Ensure proper documentation of payment follow-ups and collection commitments.
- Support credit control policies and maintain accurate financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Corporate Collections.
- Experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of outstanding management, debtor ageing, and payment follow-ups.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Robust analytical, reconciliation, and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and meet collection targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
