We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, MIS reporting, reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and statutory compliance-related data. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office, along with relevant experience in a CA firm and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bookkeeping, and accounting data entry in Tally ERP.

- Maintain and scrutinize Debtor, Creditor, Expense, and other general ledgers.

- Perform regular bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.

- Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports and management reports.

- Coordinate with various teams to collect data and prepare complete MIS formats on a monthly basis.

- Prepare monthly data and reports relating to GST and TDS for review and submission to CA/Tax Consultants.

- Assist in maintaining records and documentation required for statutory compliance.

- Verify accounting transactions, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.

- Identify discrepancies in accounts and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution.





- Maintain proper accounting records and ensure timely completion of routine accounting activities.

- Support the management and finance team with various financial and accounting reports as required.

Required Skills:

- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

- Advanced or positive working knowledge of MS Excel, including MIS and report preparation.

- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Office.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.

- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS-related accounting/reporting.

- Good analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams and consultants.

Eligibility:

- B.Com or equivalent qualification.

- 5-6 years of relevant experience.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CA Firm and 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry preferred.

- Candidates with strong MIS, reconciliation, and statutory reporting experience will be preferred.
