We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who can efficiently manage clients, coordinate with internal creative teams, and oversee social media execution from planning to delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a positive understanding of digital and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, marketing objectives, campaigns, and priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Manage social media accounts and ensure timely execution of monthly content plans.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, performance marketing teams, and other internal team members.
- Prepare clear briefs for creatives, reels, campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing requirements.
- Plan and maintain content calendars, posting schedules, approvals, and deliverables*.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure work is completed within committed timelines.
- Review creatives, captions, reels, and other deliverables before sharing them with clients.
- Manage client feedback and ensure revisions are communicated and executed correctly.
- Conduct regular client meetings, discussions, and performance reviews.




- Monitor social media activities and identify opportunities to improve content and engagement.
- Maintain proper documentation of client requirements, approvals, pending tasks, and deliverables.
- Handle multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and social media content.
- Strong team coordination and task management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good presentation, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, content creation, branding, and advertising.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, and project/task management platforms is preferred.

Added Advantage

Previous experience working with hospitals, doctors, healthcare brands, pharmaceutical companies, or the healthcare industry will be highly preferred.
