Accounts Intern | Pune

nCranberry Design Studio is looking for an Accounts Intern to support our day-to-day accounts work and learn how finance operations work in a growing business.

nWhat you'll do:

- Make quotations in Excel and send them to clients.
n
- Create and send invoices using our invoicing software.
n
- Keep track of pending invoices and payments .
n
- Follow up with clients for pending payments .
n
- Update invoices as paid once the payment is received.
n
- Collect purchase bills and invoices from the team every month.
n
- Organise the bills and send them to our CA team for accounting.
n
- Help prepare the monthly P&L; and cash-flow statement .
n
- Keep basic records of our bank and tax portal accounts .
n
- Help with other accounts-related coordination and documentation .
n

nWhat we're looking for:

n
- B.Com / BBA student or recent graduate.
n
- Comfortable with Excel and basic numbers .
n
- Organised and detail-oriented.
n
- Valuable communication skills.
n
- Willing to learn and take responsibility for routine tasks.
n
- Freshers are welcome.
n
