Venadu Ventures Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling reconciliations, supporting GST and TDS compliance, monitoring settlements, and assisting with financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, and payment documents.
- Handle bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Track accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Monitor partner, vendor, and customer settlements.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Verify transaction records and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and customers regarding accounts-related matters.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support statutory audits and provide required financial documents.
- Monitor company expenses and assist with expense tracking.
- Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience with Tally,



Zoho Books, or other accounting software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:
- E-commerce or marketplace accounting.
- Startup finance operations.
- Online payment and settlement reconciliation.
- GST/TDS compliance.
- Vendor and partner settlement management.
