Role Description This is a full-time, in office Account Executive role based in Rajpura Punjab.

The Account

Executive will manage day-to-day customer relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of client issues related to transport and logistics services. The role includes preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with operations and dispatch teams, and monitoring shipment status for key accounts.

Executive will track performance metrics, support billing and documentation processes, and assist in preparing reports for management and clients. This position also involves identifying opportunities to enhance service quality,



supporting business development activities, and contributing to long-term client retention in the pharmaceutical and cold chain logistics space.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management skills, including customer service, account coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in logistics or transport operations, preferably in road carrier or cold chain services, with understanding of timelines and temperature-sensitive product handling.
- Solid administrative and documentation skills, including proficiency with MS Office, data entry, reporting, and billing support, Tally experience will be an added advantage.
- Business and analytical capabilities, such as basic sales support, follow-up on leads, tracking KPIs, and problem-solving for operational issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in logistics or pharmaceutical supply chain is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rajpura and collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, and management teams.

Salary range- 25-30K CTC
