Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Account Executive to strengthen our Finance & Accounts team. The role requires complete ownership of accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, general ledgers, and conduct regular bank reconciliations in Tally Prime/ERP.

2. Revenue Management: Ensure timely generation of corporate invoices, rigorous follow-up on accounts receivable, and reconciliation of OTA (Online Travel Agency) payouts.

Payables Management: Verify, process, and manage vendor invoices, utility bills, and property owner payouts as per approval matrix.

4. Statutory Compliance: Handle end-to-end compliance including accurate computation, timely filing, and reconciliation of GST and TDS.

5. Financial Reporting & Audit: Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and provide full support during statutory and internal audits.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance is mandatory.

- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as an Account Executive. Candidates with prior experience in the Hospitality, Service Apartment, or Real Estate industry will be given preference.

- Skill Set:

- Expertise in Tally Prime / Tally ERP and Advanced MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian accounting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and time management skills.
