We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh .

? Position Details

Role: Accounts Executive

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 2–3 years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience

? Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly cash flow requests for the district in coordination with the program manager and submit them to the regional finance team for approval.
- Validate and consolidate weekly staff advance requests , ensuring appropriate approvals before submission to the Regional Finance team for disbursement.
- Manage advance settlements , including verification of bills, supporting documents, contracts, legitimacy of expenses, and required approvals.
- Process and verify vendor bills and forward them to the Regional Finance team for disbursement after obtaining the necessary approvals.
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions accurately with appropriate cost center allocation.
- Manage and account for petty cash and process regular bank payments.




- Ensure that all finance and accounting activities are carried out in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits .

? Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Hands-on experience in TDS compliance and accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with banking/CMS payment processes
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of financial controls and documentation
