nWe are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience to support our day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

nThe ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge of accounting, Tally, GST, TDS, reconciliations, invoicing, and ledger management , with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bookkeeping, and financial transactions .
n
- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, vouchers, and accounting records .
n
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
n
- Prepare, verify, and record purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes .
n
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations .
n
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and vendor payments .
n
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements .
n
- Maintain proper documentation and records for statutory, internal, and financial audits .
n
- Assist with monthly closing, ledger scrutiny, and MIS reporting .
n
- Support inventory and stock-related accounting and reconciliation .
n
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores, Production, and other departments on accounting-related matters.
n
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely reconciliation and corrective action .
n




- Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and within defined timelines.
n
- Provide support to the senior finance/accounts team on various accounting and finance activities.
n

- Professional in handling confidential financial information .

Must-Have Qualifications n

n
- B.Com or equivalent qualification .
n
- 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in Accounting/Finance .
n
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP .
n
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS .
n
- Practical experience in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable .
n
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel .
n
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
n




- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities .
n
- Willingness to work on-site at Padra, Gujarat.
n
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days will be preferred.
n

Preferred Qualifications n

n
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, manufacturing, or industrial organization .
n
- Exposure to inventory/stock accounting and purchase accounting .
n
- Experience assisting with GST, statutory, internal, or tax audits .
n
- Exposure to month-end closing and MIS reporting .
n
- Experience working with ERP/accounting systems in addition to Tally.
n
- Strong Excel skills , including working with financial data and reconciliation.
n
- Candidates demonstrating strong ownership, learning ability, accuracy, and long-term commitment will be preferred.
