We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, support statutory compliance, and assist in financial reporting and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment documents.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related records, reports, and reconciliations.
- Support TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance activities as applicable.
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS, financial reports, and management reports.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate with customers/vendors for timely settlements.
- Verify purchase invoices, expense bills, supporting documents, and payment approvals.




- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping
- Good understanding of GST and TDS
- Experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Bank and ledger reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with Tally / ERP / SAP will be an advantage
