Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Handle GST return filing, TDS compliance, and GST refund processes.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure audit-ready documentation.
- Maintain purchase, sales, cash, and bank records.
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Marg Accounting Software (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Experience in filing GST returns independently and handling TDS compliance.
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing sector will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
